Job Description

We are looking for a detailed-oriented Land Surveyor to conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties, analyze land records, and create maps and reports.

Job Responsibility

• Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS devices.
• Analyze property deeds, plats, and maps to determine the legal boundaries of a property.
• Prepare and update maps, reports, and other documentation related to land surveying.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate positioning of structures.
• Adhere to local and state regulations while conducting land surveys.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in surveying, geomatics, or related field.
• Certification as a Licensed Surveyor.
• Proficiency in using surveying tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
