Act as a consultant for managers / employees on all issues related to people. Act as a proactive communicator and change agent to successfully increase engagement with business stakeholders and people managers to understand their people requirement and be the voice for their needs.
Become a trusted advisor on all people policies and processes to provide guidance and information where required
Accountabilities
Deliver the agreed people plans that are relevant to the business and aligns with HR principles
Ensure that all people managers are empowered with the right tools, HR knowledge to run their day to day business.
Deliver the engagement strategy with business, and stakeholders to ensure the workforce of the respective departments are highly engaged and motivated
Engage with the business on an ongoing basis to keep up to date with business needs and requirements
Identify the business training needs and deliver workshops for each department/division that is inclusive of business key stakeholders.
Monitor and deliver change management for all initiatives driven by HR that impact the business and ensure appropriate communication and engagement plans with the business.
Conduct performance management workshops to improve people manager awareness and skills
Support identified talent to execute development plans
Monitor and track development plans for HIPO and agile learner’s talent group as well as UAE Nationals identified for succession
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
HR professional qualification preferable
5 years of HR experience in 2-3 disciplines or a generalist role
