We are looking for an innovative and results-oriented Growth Strategy Consultant to help organizations identify, design, and execute strategies that drive sustainable business growth. The Growth Strategy Consultant will analyze market opportunities, develop actionable growth plans, and guide leadership teams through strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, and business acumen to deliver insights that fuel revenue expansion, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, and customer analyses to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
Develop data-driven strategies for market expansion, product diversification, and business model innovation
Evaluate existing operations and identify opportunities for process improvement and margin optimization
Build financial and strategic models to assess potential initiatives, including market entry, pricing, and partnership strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic recommendations into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
Design go-to-market strategies that align with client goals and market conditions
Prepare and present strategic recommendations, reports, and executive presentations for senior stakeholders
Support clients in implementing growth initiatives, tracking KPIs, and refining strategies based on performance results
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy development
Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder interviews to generate insights and build alignment around key initiatives
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
Experience
3–7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business development
Proven success developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives
Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for executive audiences
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business models, market analysis, and financial performance metrics
Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a top-tier consulting firm or corporate strategy function
Familiarity with growth frameworks such as Ansoff Matrix, Blue Ocean Strategy, or OKRs
Knowledge of digital transformation, product strategy, or customer experience design
Experience leading workshops or client engagements focused on strategic planning or innovation
