Description:
To manage design office resources to execute design works for projects in
accordance with specification, contract documents, drawings, project program, budget and to obtain shop drawing approval and to issue to production.

Responsibilities:Ensuring project teams are performing their objectives and deploying resources in accordance with the resource plan.Implement the action plan arising from the project kickoff meeting based on the Job File provided by Commercial department.
Prepare a schedule of activities based on project constraints.
Ensure that the design office resources are working to the planned dates and that the design activities are completed in time.
Monitor resource capacity and make recommendations to the Technical Director.
To ensure that the drawing office server files are kept updated and maintained in appropriate working order.
To ensure that all the QA/HSE Standards are adhered to by all drawing Office personnel.
Review and approve shop drawings before submission to customer.
Review system designs with the Technical Director and make recommendations.
Review project documentation with DTL and assist in resolution of design issues including attendance at meetings with Contractor/ Consultant.
Standardization of design elements and materials to improve efficiency of
production and installation.
Identify new technological innovations that could improve systems, materials
and processes.
