Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Estimator to prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and pricing proposals by analysing drawings, specifications, and scope documents, ensuring competitive and timely tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate, itemised BOQs aligned with drawings and scope
- Develop detailed cost estimates (materials, labour, subcontractors, overheads, margins)
- Ensure on-time tender submissions with minimal cost variance
- Perform value engineering and market rate analysis
- Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors and evaluate quotations
- Support post-award handover, cost tracking, and reporting
