Background And Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience). Degrees or Advanced Degrees with an emphasis on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence considered a plus.
Experience: 3–5 years applying CI / process improvement in manufacturing, service, or operational environments; experience leading small projects/workstreams.
Certifications: Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt preferred (or in progress).
Required Skills
Facilitation of Kaizen events and structured problem-solving (A3/PDCA/DMAIC).
Ability to build basic business cases, define KPIs, and track benefits.
Working knowledge of quality tools (FMEA basics, control plans, mistake-proofing).
Strong stakeholder engagement across operations, quality, engineering, supply chain, and finance.
Self-directed planning, prioritization, and time management.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in shop floor, repair center, or field service environments as required.
Process and leadership-oriented mindset.
Meeting facilitation and training skills required.
