Construction Supervisor

Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Construction Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, UAE for an Oil & Gas project. The role requires a construction professional capable of supervising site activities while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and technical compliance. Candidates should have strong knowledge of construction supervision and Oil & Gas site practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the Oil & Gas project site.
  
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, procedures.
  
• Coordinate site activities involving contractors, engineers, inspectors, and other project personnel.
  
• Monitor work progress and support completion of construction activities according to project schedules.
  
• Enforce HSE procedures and safe working practices throughout construction operations.
  
• Inspect completed work and coordinate corrective actions for construction or quality issues.
  
• Maintain construction progress records, inspection documentation, and site reports.
  
• Coordinate availability of manpower, materials, equipment, and work fronts required for planned activities.
  

Required Skills

1. Construction Supervision — Ability to supervise and coordinate field construction activities.
   
2. Oil & Gas Construction — Understanding of construction activities in Oil & Gas project environments.
   
3. HSE Compliance — Ability to implement and monitor site safety requirements.
   
4. Quality Control — Ability to monitor workmanship against drawings, specifications, and approved procedures.

Work Experience Requirements
