We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive (Nationality: Pakistani, Female, Abu Dhabi-based, with own car) to generate new business opportunities and promote insurance solutions across the UAE market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, meeting clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and converting leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
* Meet decision-makers in companies and present insurance solutions.
* Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.
* Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
* Promote various insurance products including:
* General Insurance
* Group Medical Insurance
* Prepare quotations and coordinate with insurers for competitive terms.
* Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly targets.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
* Ensure high levels of customer service and after-sales support.
* Stay updated on UAE insurance market trends and products.
* Previous experience in insurance sales in the UAE.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
* Good knowledge of UAE insurance products and market practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication.
* Based in Abu Dhabi (mandatory).
