You will join our dedicated Butler team, a highly trained group committed to delivering seamless, intuitive, and personalized service for all guests. Working in close partnership with Front Office, Housekeeping, Room Service, and other Rooms Division departments, you will report directly to the Butler Supervisor, ensuring each guest experience reflects Rosewood’s world-class standards.

As a Butler, you play a vital role in shaping the guest journey from arrival to departure. You will act as the key liaison between the guest and the hotel, anticipating their needs with the utmost discretion, curating exceptional personalized experiences, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Your ability to observe preferences, maintain meticulous standards, and manage guest requests with care and precision directly contributes to creating memorable stays that reflect the essence of Rosewood’s philosophy.

• Deliver courteous, professional, and discreet service while upholding Rosewood and 5-Diamond standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, coordinate requests, and ensure complete satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Conduct personalized check-ins, suite orientations, and in-suite check-outs when required.
• Assist guests with packing/unpacking, wardrobe organization, laundry coordination, and shoe care.
• Manage daily guest agendas, track guest location and preferences, and ensure accurate documentation in Opera, HotSOS and related systems.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and Room Service to optimize in-room service while the guest is away and maintain impeccable suite presentation.
  

You may be a perfect fit if:

• You bring at least 2 years of experience as a Butler or in direct guest-facing roles within a luxury 5-star hotel.
• You excel at attention to detail, organization, and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• You have strong problem‑solving skills and can remain calm, composed, and resourceful even in challenging situations.
• You understand luxury guest service needs and can build natural, warm, and spontaneous rapport with guests.
• You have solid technical proficiency, including the ability to access, input, and retrieve information from hotel systems.
• You communicate clearly in English, with additional languages considered a valuable asset.
