Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Branding Manager with expertise in signage and wayfinding to oversee brand implementation across live events. This role ensures consistent, high-quality brand presence and guides attendees through venues with clear and effective visual communication. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in event branding, signage production, and wayfinding design and execution.

The Branding Manager is responsible for planning, designing, and executing branding, signage, and wayfinding strategies for events. They collaborate with production, operations, creative teams, and vendors to ensure that all visual elements reflect the brand identity, enhance attendee experience, and meet technical and safety requirements.

Branding & Visual Identity

  Develop and implement event branding strategies, ensuring alignment with client or company guidelines.

  Oversee the design, production, and installation of signage, graphics, and wayfinding systems.

  Ensure consistency of visual identity across all event touchpoints.

  
  

Signage & Wayfinding Execution

• 
  

  Plan and manage placement of directional, informational, and promotional signage throughout event venues.

  Collaborate with design and production teams to create effective wayfinding solutions.

  Ensure signage is clear, accurate, and installed according to safety and accessibility standards.

  Coordinate on-site installation, monitoring, and removal of branding and signage elements.

  
  

Vendor & Team Management

  Liaise with vendors, fabricators, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of branding assets.

  Supervise on-site branding and signage teams during event setup, live days, and breakdown.

  Maintain quality control over materials, finishes, and installation standards.

  
  

Project & Budget Management

  Develop project timelines and manage the branding budget for each event.

  Track costs, approve vendor invoices, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

  Maintain accurate documentation for branding assets and post-event evaluation.

  
  

Quality & Compliance

• 
  

  Conduct pre-event checks to ensure all branding and signage meets quality standards.

  Ensure compliance with safety regulations, accessibility guidelines, and venue requirements.

  Resolve on-site branding or wayfinding issues promptly to maintain seamless event flow.

  Proven experience as a Branding Manager or similar role in events, exhibitions, or live production.

  Hands-on experience with event signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics.

  Strong project management, budgeting, and organizational skills.
