Functional Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests receive positive, professional, and high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations
• Take and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow the sequence of service standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Prepare beverages according to established standards and recipes
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items to confidently describe and recommend products to customers
• Demonstrate a strong interest in coffee, with in-depth knowledge of coffee products and preparation methods
• Ensure food and beverage quality and consistency in line with brand guidelines and company standards
• Maintain optimal stock levels to support smooth daily operations and customer demand
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards through regular audits and quality checks
• Adhere to operational procedures and ensure food and beverage preparation complies with company and municipality regulations
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time, including customer database cards
• Handle cash and other authorized payment methods, issue receipts, and reconcile transactions with sales figures
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management

• Work collaboratively with team members to support a positive and efficient work environment
