Automation Specialist

We Are Looking For Someone with proven experience in building complex automation workflows using n8n or similar platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Apache Airflow.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions using platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar workflow automation tools.
  
• Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities, then design and deploy solutions that integrate multiple systems and data sources.
  
• Build custom integrations between various applications, APIs, and databases to create seamless data flows.
  
• Maintain and optimize existing automation workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable and scalable operation of critical automated processes.
  
  
  
  

• Proven experience in building complex automation workflows using n8n or similar platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Apache Airflow.
  
• Strong proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and HTTP requests, along with solid TypeScript skills for custom function nodes and data transformation.
  
• Experience integrating common business tools such as CRMs, project management systems, databases, and communication platforms.
  
• Working knowledge of SQL and database operations, plus familiarity with JSON, XML, and data formatting.
  
• Understanding of authentication methods including OAuth, API keys, and tokens.
  
• Ability to debug workflows and implement error handling and retry logic.
  

Additionally:

• Familiarity with AI integration in workflows: prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs), building evaluation systems for AI outputs, and leveraging AI APIs to enhance automation capabilities beyond traditional rule-based logic.
