We are currently seeking a creative and skilled 3D Designer to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations for a variety of projects. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency and aesthetic sensibility, ensuring that all created content meets the design specifications and quality standards. You will work closely with other designers, artists, and engineers to bring concepts to life and will be involved in projects ranging from architectural visualizations to interactive media. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about design, eager to learn new techniques, and capable of thinking outside the box to produce innovative and stunning work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality 3D models and visualizations for projects.
• Collaborate with team members to understand design requirements and project goals.
• Create detailed designs and animations based on client specifications and plans.
• Utilize computer software to transform design concepts into 3D renderings.
• Revise designs according to client feedback and direction for final approval.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and software advancements.
• Ensure all 3D designs align with company standards and client expectations.
• Assist in concept development stages to offer innovative design solutions.
• Prepare 3D assets for game engines, augmented reality, or virtual reality platforms.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects from conception to completion.
• Provide ongoing support and improvements for existing design projects.
• Work on multiple platforms to adapt designs as required by different projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in 3D design or related field.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, shading, and texture mapping techniques.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creative 3D design and animations.
• Ability to interpret and integrate client feedback into design revisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
