We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient 3D Designer to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our creative team to develop visually stunning content across various platforms, including advertising, film, and digital media. Your role will involve conceptualizing, creating, and refining digital models, ensuring they meet the project’s creative and technical requirements. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and textures based on design requirements and briefs.
• Create high-quality photorealistic renderings and animations for various projects.
• Collaborate with creative directors and artists to understand their vision and objectives.
• Utilize and maintain a high-resolution 3D library for use across multiple projects.
• Bring creative ideas and solutions to branded designs and visual presentations.
• Maintain and organize project files for efficient retrieval and update processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and 3D design technologies.
• Work under tight deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple projects effectively.
• Ensure all 3D renderings meet the desired quality and are visually compelling.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and brainstorm creative solutions.
• Modify and enhance existing 3D assets based on project requirements and feedback.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other team members in 3D design techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.
• Proven experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering using industry-standard software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 3D design and visual effects.
• Excellent technical skills in software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
• High level of creativity and attention to detail in producing design work.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Understanding of lighting, composition, shading, and graphical visual effects.
