Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D models and visual effects for various projects.
• Develop and refine 3D assets from concept phase through final product completion.
• Work closely with other creatives to translate storyboards into engaging 3D visuals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new technologies into design executions.
• Review and make adjustments based on feedback from stakeholders and team leads.
• Ensure all 3D designs adhere to technical specifications and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts.
• Maintain organized files and archives of all design projects and assets.
• Produce rapid prototypes and iterations of designs for review and approval.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and demonstrations for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, 3D Modeling, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional 3D design role.
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D modeling and rendering skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborative work in a team environment.
• Ability to balance creativity with practical constraints and project limitations.
