Position Overview

We are seeking a Head of Marketing Content to lead the Arabic content strategy and execution for a premier luxury real estate brand in Saudi Arabia. Operating at the intersection of luxury storytelling, video, and AI-powered production, this role drives compelling Arabic content targeting high-net-worth audiences across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Voice: Develop rolling Arabic content calendars and serve as the primary brand voice across digital, social, and campaign channels.

• Team Leadership: Direct a Video Director and AI Content Operators through end-to-end production pipelines for property films, social media, and digital campaigns.

• AI Integration: Oversee generative AI tools (LLMs, image/video AI) to streamline content workflows while maintaining strict brand standards.

• Arabic Excellence: Draft and review premium Arabic copy tailored to Saudi cultural and regulatory standards.

  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Location & Nationality: Currently working in Saudi Arabia. Jordanian, Lebanese, or Syrian national.

• Experience: 8+ years in content marketing, editorial, or creative leadership, with proven Saudi market experience.

• Core Skills: Native Arabic command, team management, video direction, and hands-on familiarity with professional AI content platforms.

• Sector Expertise: Luxury real estate, hospitality, or premium lifestyle background preferred.
