Application Monitoring Engineer (L1)

Location: Riyadh in KSA

We are looking for an Application Monitoring Engineer to join our 24x7 monitoring team on the ZATCA project.

You'll be the first line of defense keeping critical government e-services running watching dashboards, catching alerts before they become incidents, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What you'll do:

• Monitor application dashboards (AppDynamics) around the clock
• Acknowledge and triage alerts fast (we're talking minutes, not hours)
• Run approved troubleshooting playbooks and escalate when needed
• Keep clean incident logs and shift handovers

What you bring:
✅ Bachelor's/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
✅ 2+ years' experience in application/IT monitoring
✅ Familiarity with APM tools, APIs, basic SQL, and ITIL incident management
✅ ITIL 4 Foundation or AppDynamics certification is a plus
✅ Comfortable with rotating shifts (morning/evening/night)
