AI Transformation consultant

A major industrial conglomerate in Riyadh is embarking on a comprehensive AI-first transformation programme and is seeking an experienced AI Transformation Consultant to lead the end-to-end overhaul of legacy systems, processes, and ways of working.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a full diagnostic of the organisation's current technology stack across 8+ business units

• Design and implement a phased AI transformation roadmap

• Lead vendor evaluation and selection for enterprise AI platforms

• Drive change management and cultural transformation to embed AI-first thinking

• Establish an AI Centre of Excellence with governance frameworks

Requirements:

• 12+ years in technology consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise AI implementation

• Deep expertise in AI/ML platforms, large language models, and intelligent automation

• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes

• Strong programme management skills with experience in Agile and SAFe methodologies
