Job Description
Lead the daily operation of an upscale Italian restaurant and lounge end to end — service standard, team, cost control, reservations and guest experience — running on a modern digital operating system with live reporting.
Requirements:
- 5+ years managing fine-dining restaurants or premium lounges
- Reads and acts on a P&L (food cost, labour cost)
- Leads a mixed FOH/BOH team
- Arabic and English
- Eastern Province residency preferred
