We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a knack for building strong relationships with clients. As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with their requirements. Your main focus will be to expand our client base and drive sales growth by promoting our products and services in various outdoor settings. Responsibilities

  • Visit potential customers in person to discuss product offerings and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively closing sales deals.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to engage prospective clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Track and report on sales activities and pipeline progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop market strategies and tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings in the market.
  • Participate in promotional events, conferences, and industry trade shows.
  • Manage orders, contracts, and delivery schedules to meet client needs.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of sales and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a sales-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Comfortable with travel and working in various outdoor environments.
  • Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for sales visits.
