Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure they are promptly seated in the dining area.
• Accurately present menus and answer any questions related to the menu items.
• Take customer orders, ensuring they are recorded correctly and transferred to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards and customer specifications.
• Regularly check on customers to ensure they are satisfied with their dining experience.
• Promptly resolve any customer complaints or refer them to the manager on duty.
• Clear tables efficiently and ensure dining areas remain clean and organized.
• Manage payment transactions and provide accurate change to customers promptly.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely service.
• Participate in team training sessions to maintain high service standards.
• Assist with setting up and dismantling events or special functions as needed.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Strong customer service skills and a keen attention to detail.
