Job Description

The Senior Systems Analyst (SAP HCM/ SAP HRMS) plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing best-in-class SAP Human Capital Management solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP HCM/HRMS modules and the ability to analyze business needs and then configure the system to deliver the desired outcomes. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to leverage SAP solutions to streamline human resources processes, enhance user experience and improve operational efficiency. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the Senior Systems Analyst will be instrumental in troubleshooting issues and ensuring the smooth deployment of SAP HCM applications, upgrades, and projects.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business requirements for SAP HCM/HRMS modules implementation and enhancement.
  • Design, configure, and deploy SAP HCM solutions aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other systems.
  • Lead and manage SAP HCM project implementations from conception through to completion.
  • Develop test cases and conduct thorough testing to ensure robust SAP system performance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users for effective utilization of SAP HCM systems.
  • Monitor SAP system performance and implement optimizations for improved efficiency.
  • Serve as the focal point for SAP HCM technical support and troubleshooting activities.
  • Liaise with SAP consultants and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies in handling HR data.
  • Document technical specifications and end-user guides for SAP processes and solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP tools and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM/HRMS system analysis and implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration and Payroll.
  • Proven experience in leading SAP HCM/HRMS projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder interaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with data migration and SAP HCM system upgrades would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in SAP project management.
