Job Description

The Senior Property Consultant position is a rewarding and challenging role designed for experienced real estate professionals who possess a deep understanding of the property market. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and market assessments to clients for potential investments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers and real estate agencies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze local and global property trends.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable property transaction terms.
  • Draft and review legal documents involved in property transactions for accuracy.
  • Assist clients in navigating the legal complexities of real estate transactions.
  • Manage property portfolios for clients, ensuring profitable returns and satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property suitability and value.
  • Stay updated with changes in real estate laws and market dynamics.
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract prospective buyers and sellers.
  • Train and mentor junior property consultants to develop their professional skills.
  • Achieve targeted sales and revenue goals through proactive client engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least five years in real estate consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of property market trends, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and MS Office Suite applications.
  • Possession of a valid real estate agent's license will be advantageous.
