Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Coordinator will act as a vital liaison between the sales team and our clients, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. This role involves assisting in the sales process by preparing quotes, handling client inquiries, and processing orders. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the sales operations run smoothly, contributing to the success and efficiency of the team. Experience in sales support or a related field is preferred, and excellent communication skills are a must.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales activities and provide support to the sales team members.
  • Prepare and manage sales documents such as proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and manage the sales database efficiently.
  • Assist in the administration of sales programs and maintain sales reports.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on promotional strategies and activities.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales department and other divisions within the company.
  • Manage the order processing cycle to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Coordinate client meetings and prepare materials necessary for sales presentations.
  • Assist in analyzing sales data and preparing detailed sales reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and established practices by the sales team.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed and assisting on large projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in a sales environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is highly desirable.
