Job Description

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.   • Provide after-sales support and follow-up with clients as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or relevant role.
  • Valid real estate license in the respective operating state or region.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and ethics.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and marketing tools.
  • Strong networking skills to build a broad client base effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is desirable.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as per client needs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
