Requirements

• Hold a valid nursing license and have completed an accredited nursing program.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in home healthcare.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for patient education and documentation.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach with a focus on individualized care.
