A Patient Care Assistant (PCA) plays a crucial role in providing support to nursing staff and ensuring the comfort of patients in healthcare facilities. Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or similar role is advantageous.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required for all applicants.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential in this role.
• Physical stamina and strength to assist patients with mobility and transfers.
