  • Identify opportunities to showcase the organization at external events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain an updated calendar of outreach activities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Track and evaluate the impact of outreach initiatives through measurable results.
  • Provide support and resources to volunteers and staff involved in outreach efforts.
  • Respond to inquiries from the public and inform them about organizational programs.
  • Prepare detailed reports on outreach activities and their outcomes regularly.
  • Continuously seek innovative ways to engage with diverse community groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms for outreach and engagement.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
