As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and growth of our company's products or services. Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and approach potential clients within assigned geographical areas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to clients and decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and targets consistently.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and sustain growth.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments for successful deal execution.
  • Track all sales activities and progress in the company's CRM system accurately.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote products and services.
  • Provide excellent post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications is required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend company events.
