Job Description

The role of an Operations Manager is pivotal in steering the core functions of an organization toward efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an operations management or supervisory role for five years.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated capability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in using operations management software and business tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
