Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing department's initiatives. This position is responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and assisting in the development of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials including brochures and flyers.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Maintain and update the company’s social media platforms and websites.
  • Support the planning and coordination of marketing events and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify marketing trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging and effective marketing materials.
  • Track and report on the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage customer feedback and inquiries related to marketing activities.
  • Help maintain the marketing calendar for project timelines and deadlines.
  • Prepare and distribute reports detailing current marketing projects and activities.
  • Assist in the management and organization of marketing databases and contact lists.
  • Work with external vendors to coordinate and produce marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
