Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our organization by managing and nurturing relationships with our most important clients. Your main focus will be to understand our key customers' needs and optimize the business relationship. You will strive to create long-term, trusting relationships with these clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and guidance. You will be responsible for maintaining our company’s most substantial clients and creating an environment to expand these relationships through strategic solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, as you will actively contribute to the success and growth of the company by helping to achieve sales quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with key stakeholders that bring long-term value.
  • Address and resolve clients' key concerns and manage expectations diligently.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management needs.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, client stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status to senior management within the company.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and ensure clients renew contracts.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to improve the entire customer experience.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed managing the risk accordingly.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to suggest tailored offerings.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging requests.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis is advantageous.
