Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to join our fast-paced sales team. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. You will work under the guidance of senior sales personnel, gaining valuable experience in sales strategies and customer interactions. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong desire to succeed, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships. Your primary objective will be to assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to boost company revenue. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling and networking.
  • Schedule and conduct product presentations with prospective clients to close deals.
  • Maintain and build strong and lasting relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other required documentation for clients.
  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with senior sales executives to develop sales tactics and strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Provide excellent post-sale customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills.
  • Track all sales activities and update CRM systems with accurate information regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • High level of self-motivation and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
