Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the most valuable asset of our organization—our people. This position requires a dedicated professional with a strong understanding of human resources functions, labor law compliance, employee development and engagement, and strategic talent management. You will work closely with various departments to ensure a harmonious working environment that fosters employee satisfaction and productivity. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies, supporting recruitment processes, conducting training programs, and addressing employee grievances. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies to enhance company culture and compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct new employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Address employee grievances promptly and provide effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate performance review processes, including feedback and evaluations.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to upgrade skills.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employee safety regulations at all times.
  • Maintain and update employee records to ensure accurate data management.
  • Develop strategies for employee engagement and morale boosting activities.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
  • Evaluate HR software systems to improve efficiency and data management.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse employee interactions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other management software for daily operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for multitasking responsibilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
