Responsibilities

• Replenish supplies such as soap, towels, and toilet paper when necessary.
• Ensure all assigned areas are clean, neat, and tidy at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Support team members in ongoing special cleaning projects as needed.
• Organize and store cleaning supplies neatly and securely in designated areas.
• Maintain laundry duties such as washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Assist in checking the inventory levels of cleaning supplies regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests in a friendly and polite manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
