Job Description

The Head of Sales is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the sales strategy and achieving revenue targets for the organization. Tasked with overseeing the sales department, this dynamic leader will be instrumental in developing sales plans, forecasting, and ensuring the effective execution of sales activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in sales strategies, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities

  • Set sales targets and metrics to monitor team effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales personnel to build a competent sales team.
  • Drive customer acquisition through innovative sales strategies and relationship building.
  • Review and enhance the sales pipeline to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to identify trends and cultivate new business partnerships.
  • Monitor customer feedback and devise strategies to improve the overall sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales management roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide team members.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies in a competitive environment.
