Financial Controller and Reporting Manager

The Financial Controller & Reporting Manager plays a crucial role in the financial health of a company by managing financial reporting, accounting, and financial analysis functions. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of international GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proven leadership experience with excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong communication skills to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
