Are you a fluent German speaker with exceptional communication skills? We are seeking a dedicated Contact Centre Agent to join our dynamic customer service team. As a Contact Centre Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, providing them with outstanding service through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience over the phone, via email, or through chat. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with other team members to maintain high customer satisfaction scores and contribute to the growth of our service offerings. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries from German-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experiences.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Meet or exceed call handling and customer satisfaction targets consistently.
  • Update and maintain customer databases with accurate information promptly.
  • Identify potential opportunities to upsell products and services to customers.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members as required.
  • Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to assist customers better.
  • Provide feedback to supervisors for continuous improvement of service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong problem-solving aptitude and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Comfortable using computers and familiar with customer service software or CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service will be advantageous.
