The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of an organization. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of promotional activities.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to help them achieve their development goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or a similar sales role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
