Assistant Manager — Risk & Compliance (225-1015)

As an Assistant Manager in Risk & Compliance, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization operates within the established regulatory framework and follows best practices to mitigate risks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective risk management strategies and compliance programs that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing risk management and compliance strategies.
• Evaluate existing risk management policies and procedures for effectiveness.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on risk assessments and compliance activities.
• Monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on organizational policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability.

• Advise management on potential risks and recommend prevention strategies.

• Assist in the development and monitoring of risk and compliance KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management or compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and risk management practices.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
• Experience with compliance management software tools is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
