Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop design concepts and campaigns.
• Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations and websites.
• Ensure all graphics and designs align with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Review final designs for errors and ensure print specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style for our company’s branding efforts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Work with outside agencies or freelancers when necessary to complete projects.
• Stay current with industry trends and tools to maintain cutting-edge design techniques.
• Handle project feedback and revisions to fine-tune designs and improve quality.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity in the final product.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback and approval.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and present ideas.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is desirable for web-related projects.
