Job Description

The Brand Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. This position requires a dynamic individual capable of managing multiple projects while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Brand Marketing Manager will ensure alignment with business objectives and oversee the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee the allocation and management of the marketing budget to maximize ROI.

  • Plan and execute promotional events and product launches to increase brand visibility.
  • Maintain and update brand standards and guidelines for clarity and cohesion.

  • Ensure timely delivery of all marketing projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
