Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Inside Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth by effectively managing client relationships and understanding their technical requirements. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify prospective clients’ technical needs.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of our products to potential customers.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on appropriate product solutions for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Prepare and deliver product proposals and sales contracts to prospective customers.
  • Identify and analyze market trends to propose strategies for business growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to address client feedback and needs.
  • Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets.
  • Gather customer feedback to guide future product development and improvement.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the proper use of our products.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate client and sales data management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales support roles.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite necessary for tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities.
