Job Description

The HR Executive plays a critical role in the organization's human resource department, ensuring that all HR functions are seamlessly executed. This position involves managing recruitment processes, developing strategies to improve employee retention, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. The HR Executive acts as a liaison between staff and management, facilitating communication and ensuring employee welfare. The ideal candidate should have a firm understanding of HR policies and possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills. Achieving operational goals, strategizing workforce planning, and maintaining a positive work environment are essential functions of this role, helping to cultivate a motivated and productive workforce.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that improve employee engagement and performance.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Execute performance management processes to support and drive business objectives.
  • Handle employee queries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with management to design training programs for skill enhancement.
  • Analyze HR metrics to assess workplace trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and negotiate with providers and insurers.
  • Coordinate and support employee welfare initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Prepare and manage HR budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees to ensure a harmonious workplace.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives that align with organizational goals and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of local and national labor laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and onboarding processes for diverse roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software for effective HR management.
