Job Description

职位来源于实习僧。

岗位职责: 1、参与投行股权类项目的现场尽职调查工作； 2、协助对项目进行数据收集和可行性分析； 3、配合团队搜集案例分析、整理工作底稿等工作任职要求: 1、硕士究生在读学生，财务、法律、金融相关专业，具有与理工专业复合背景优先； 2、通过CPA、CFA全部或部分科目、法律职业资格考试等优先，具有券商同岗位实习经验优先； 3、具有较强的学习能力、沟通协调能力、执行力以及团队合作精神，积极主动，耐心细致，认真负责； 4、能适应出差节奏，能保证长期实习（至少3个月），每周能实习5天及以上。

职位薪资：

40-50/天
