Student Supervisor

We are seeking a caring and proactive Student Supervisor to support students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being and help maintain a positive learning environment across the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Support student behaviour and well-being in classrooms and shared spaces
• Assist teachers with classroom management and student learning
• Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, after-school activities, and events
• Provide small group or one-to-one academic support as directed
• Work collaboratively with staff to promote a positive school culture
  
  

• Experience working with children or young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage behaviour calmly and positively
• Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  
  

• Experience in a school or educational setting
• Relevant qualifications or training in education, childcare, or youth work
