Social Worker

The School of Modern Skills is seeking a qualified and compassionate School Social Worker to support students’ wellbeing and academic success. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrators to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges that impact learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to support student wellbeing.
• Collaborate on IEPs and student support plans.
• Address attendance, behavioral, and social-emotional issues.
• Liaise with families and community agencies.
• Promote child protection and a positive school climate.
  
  

• Bachelor’s in Social Work or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Arabic.
• UAE Nationals: No experience required (school experience preferred).
• Non-UAE Nationals: Minimum 2 years’ school-based experience.
