Propsman

Responsible for aiding the Visual Display Officer in maintaining the overall design aesthetics of the mall. Provides specialized skills corresponding to the mall’s operational needs and ensures that all display installations adhere to the standards and brand image of the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise visual display projects by fabricating, installing, and maintaining décor, props, and other collateral.
• Ensure quality and compliance of all installations through inspections, repairs, and adherence to company standards.
• Prepare materials and manage inventory to support timely and efficient project completion.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and coordination with other departments.
• Pursue continuous learning and development through training and execution of career growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; vocational training in arts, carpentry, or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in prop-making, visual merchandising, or creative design work.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
