Food Court Supervisor

To assist, oversee, and manage the operations of the entire Food Court group, focusing on daily operations, sales, merchandise and stock administration, tenant and customer relations, and various administrative functions. This role aims to enhance the Food Courts contribution to the Mall, supporting overall business goals while adhering to Company policies and the countrys laws, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/College Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field and capacity (Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service).
• Knowledgeable in Tenant Relations, Marketing, various functions in operations and administrations including adequate knowledge in property and food services management
