Digital Theater System Operator

Operates and maintains the digital theater system to deliver high-quality audio-visual presentations for cinema screenings. Provides administrative support to the Facilities Supervisor in managing daily maintenance and repair activities for cinema equipment, ensuring cost efficiency, safety, and an effective working environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operates and maintains projection equipment to ensure smooth, high-quality cinema viewing experiences.
• Monitors, documents, and resolves technical and sound system issues through preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and energy efficiency through regular inspections and compliance with maintenance programs.
• Enforces safety, security, and vendor management standards in coordination with mall and facilities teams.
• Pursues continuous learning and development to enhance technical skills and support organizational growth.

Qualifications:

• Senior High School Graduate or Graduate of Electronics, IT, or related technical course; vocational training in audio-visual systems is an advantage.
• Experience in operating digital projection systems or similar equipment preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
